Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lulu Guinness purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with all branded packaging and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original Lulu Guinness box or dust bag, ensuring the returns form is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing any old delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
